The Turks and Caicos Islands are planning to resume tourism and reopen borders from July 22. Being one of the prominent tourist destinations, the islands are planning to welcome tourists from abroad following all safety measures.

Sharlene Cartwright Robinson, Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands, made this announcement on Friday and said that the new guidelines and all the other specifications regarding this will be shared in the coming weeks.

According to Pamela Ewing, Director of Tourism for the Turks and Caicos Islands Tourist Board, the government is eager and excited to welcome travellers back to the stunning Turks and Caicos Islands later this summer. She also said that they are planning to reopen the borders in July.

She further said, “Our intention is to cautiously”.
