With sights set on the trends that will characterize the tourism industry in the coming months, TTC dedicates the new edition of its Digital Newspaper to the 2022 International Tourism Exchange (BIT), taking place in the Italian city of Milan, from April 10 to 12.

In tune with the objective of the fair, our publication — in Italian — explores the challenges currently facing the tourism sector and offers considerations in this regard by Julia Simpson, president of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC); while examining the recovery that the leisure industry has experienced in the Caribbean and the resilience with which this region has assumed the crisis after the COVID-19 pandemic.

It also addresses, from different perspectives, topics such as tourism intelligence, digital transformation and sustainability, pillars on which the tourism of the future must be built.

Likewise, it dedicates special interest to the various efforts that the Caribbean destinations are carrying out for the conservation of their cultural and natural heritage.
