Cuba in Madrid FITUR 2013

Madrid.- The Cuban Ministry of Tourism announced that Cuba will participate at the 33rd International Tourist Fair FITUR 2013, to be held January 30 to February 3, in Madrid, Spain, in an effort to “enhance relations with partners at the Spanish tourist market”.

Sloppy Joe’s bar open again in Havana

Havana.-  The original Sloppy Joe’s reopens in Havana the same bar that served  sometimes celebrities such as Ernest Hemingway and Ava Gadner in the 1950s.Habaguanex, a state-owned tourism firm, run the old bar restored. 

More visitors to Cuba

London.- The Tourism Review.com web site said the Cuban ministry of tourism has recently predicted that they are expecting around 3 million tourists by the year 2013, a vast majority from Canada.
