The 9th edition of CULTOURFAIR, the only international B2B tradeshow worldwide specialized in high-standing cultural tourism geared exclusively towards professionals. The event will take place from the 2nd to the 4th of October and will be held in the emblematic Hotel Princesa Plaza celebrating Madrid 2022, Capital Iberoamericana de la Cultura Gastronómica.

CULTOURFAIR´s objective is to position high standing cultural tourism on an international scale, for this purpose, 50 international premium specialized buyers will be selected to participate from companies specialized in the organization of: luxury travel, events (sport, concerts, oenology, gourmet, etc.), MICE, city-breaks, heritage, gastronomy, folklore, religious etc. All of them decision making directors and executives.

In the previous edition, in 2021, more than 2,000 business meetings were held with an estimated impact in the medium and long term of more than 200 million euros.

The “Academia Iberoamericana de Gastronomía” promotes the investigation, disseminations and protection of native gastronomy of the different regions and towns of Iberoamerica; the dissemination of their manifestations; the conservation of their traditions; support to the modernizing of their techniques; and consideration of new gastro-dietary proposals, making known the most relevant characteristics of the Iberoamerican gastronomy and culture.
